These guys are great. They even came to our house to jump a dead battery so we could get to the shop to replace it. Great service and great to work with.

Thank you all for taking care of my cars. After moving from Fairfield to Hamilton, I am glad to have found this shop closer to me. They have always taken good care of my cars at their Fairfield location, and now they continue to do a great job at this Hamilton location. I highly recommend their services.

Charged me almost 200 dollars for labor and only made the problem worse. They quoted me 1000 dollars to extract a bolt. 175 dollars they did charge me was for about 15 minutes of labor. He put a breaker bar on the bolt, didnt move, sprayed it with penetrant, went to lunch came back, snapped the bolt and that was it. And if I wanted it fixed then it would cost 450, and if that didnt work then it would be 1000. All for one bolt. So yes I declined a 1000 dollar repair to remove one bolt that was semi accessible.

No one likes when a vehicle unexpectedly starts having its issues and the things that come along, unexpected expenses and being put out of having a vital piece of what makes the day to day tasks manageable. From the very first phone call I was treated with the best customer service and patience I’ve ever received in this industry. When I arrived with my car off the tow truck the associates of Pfefferle Tire and Automotive were quick to get my diagnosis in and even more supportive when it came to talking about ways to get me back on the road.I am very appreciative of this team and recommend greatly for true and honest work!!
